LSAA Supplies

The Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (LSAA) supply initiative is for up to 100 Eligible Cultivators to request water flow meters related to Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (LSAA) diverted flow monitoring, and for erosion control supplies for interim sediment control prior to project implementation. 

 

Eligible Cultivators must have the following requirements in their Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (LSAA):

  • Installation of a water flow meter to measure diverted stream flow in compliance with LSAA diverted streamflow monitoring and reporting conditions. 

  • Erosion control supply measures (such as, but not limited to, natural jute netting, wooden stakes, straw wattle rolls, straw bales, and native seed mix) prior to the implementation of projects.

 

Eligible Cultivators will need to provide the following to be considered:

  1. Copy of Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (LSAA); 

  2. Active Provisional or Annual Outdoor or Mixed Light Tier 1 DCC License (10,000 sf or less); and 

  3. Cultivation site located in Mendocino County.
